If you are already a certified diver who hasn’t dove in the past 12 months, wanting to be updated on any equipment and technique changes since your last excursion, or just wanting to ease yourself back into diving under the direction of an instructor, then this course is for you. There is no need to take the entire certification course over again, but you should refresh your skills, relearn the dive tables, hand signals and buoyancy control.
