Boat Policies
SCHEDULING:
 |
See
the schedule of dates available for your dive trip onto Lake
Superior. All trips may be reserved with a 25% deposit. Please read
our refund policy below. |

We are flexible in the dive sites that we can go to. If you have a
different spot in mind, let us know. |
 |
Trips that are made for a half day, can go either towards Duluth or Two
Harbors. Full day trips can be planned for The Apostles, or Silver Bay
area. Of course with Lake Superior it all depends on the weather. |
 |
If weather concerns indicate a change in
destination, it will be at the Captains discretion. Your safety is our main concern. |
PAYMENTS:
 |
Payments for a dive trip must received Seven (7) days prior to departure. |
 |
Payments can be made by check or credit card. |
 |
A trip may be reserved up to Seven(7) days prior to departure. After
seven (7) days, the full amount will be due. |
 |
Divers filling vacant spots on a trip are subject to the same policies for
payments and refunds, if a trip is cancelled. |
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
 |
Cancellations by divers or groups after seven (7) days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of deposit. |
 |
Cancellations by divers or groups Thirty (30) days prior to departure will
receive refund less 10% of total trip cost. |
 |
Cancellation made by Lake Superior Divers Supply, or the Captain due to
weather, or mechanical problems, will receive refund less 10% of the
total trip cost. This amount may be used to reserve another date, but will
not carryover to 2009. |

Cancellations
by divers or groups less than seven(7) days prior to departure of trip, are subject to full forfeiture of deposit. |

Cancellations
by divers or groups, or No Shows, are subject to full forfeiture of TOTAL trip cost. |
 |
Per Person costs are same for divers or non-divers. Maximum of six(6)
passengers on vessel. |
DIVER REQUIREMENTS:
 |
All divers must have certification cards and
logbooks. |
 |
All divers must use Buddy System. |
 |
Decompression Diving is not permitted. |
 |
Minimum of 10 logged cold water dives. Expect possible 30-40 degree
Fahrenheit temperatures. |
 |
Depth limit 130 ft. |
 |
Dry Suits recommended on deeper dives.
