Below, you will find a brief guide for the equipment necessary for your basic scuba needs. All of this equipment can be purchased or ordered from our store. Come visit the shop!

Mask

The mask is the simplest piece of dive gear, and perhaps the most invaluable. By creating an air space in front of your eyes, it allows you to function in an underwater environment and comfortably focus on your surroundings.  

Snorkel

These curved tubes allow you to breath while floating face-down on the surface of the water without the use of compressed air. As a diver, you can use a snorkel to conserve the air you have in your tank as well.  

Fins

By translating the power from your large leg muscles into the fins, these flippers make underwater movement and transportation both efficient and quick. Choosing a good pair of fins will help to prevent muscle cramping and fatigue during your adventures.  

Exposure Protection Suit

A form fitting exposure suit will help to protect your body from the cooling effect of water. The thickness and type of exposure protection you need depends on dive conditions.  

Tank

A scuba tank is very simply, a large cylinder that contain your compressed air.  

Buoyancy Compensator

Also known as your BC this piece of equipment is what you use to adjust your personal buoyancy level. It will allow you to float at the surface of the water as well as achieve neutral buoyancy at any depth. It also serves as a hang rack for holding your tanks and accessories.  

Regulator

This piece of equipment reduces the pressure in your tank to a breathable level at any depth of water (within safe limits). We even have double hose regulators in any shape.

Dive Computer

These waterproof computers monitor the various aspects of your dive from your depth and bottom time to your tank pressure and decompression status. 

Dry Suits

These dive suits are made of material that will keep you both warm and dry while underwater. They protect the whole body from cold temperatures. 

Mesh bags, dive lights, and waterproof metal detectors also available!
